transaction between actual buyers and sellers. If there is any
dispute, Balsam Quarter Tac, its owners, agents, subsidiaries,
and employees are released from any claims, demands, damages,
either actual or implied, of every sort and nature, known and
unknown, suspected and unsuspected, undisclosed or disclosed,
arising or in any way connected with such disputes. Incidents
of fraud should be reported to your local authorities.

Real Estate, or horse listed in our classifieds. We do not guarantee
the sale of either your equine or any equine related services,
any owner/seller services, or equine performance or ability

to insure receipt of any merchandise from transactions. All
communication is strictly between buyers and sellers who happen
to visit our website and utilize our services. Sellers are to
proofread their ads and make sure that correct photos accompany
their ads.

Quarter Tac has the Right to Refuse any Classified ad that we
deem inappropriate to our website's content. Any ads that are
slanderous or malicious will be deleted. Ads with any ownership
disputes, stolen merchandise, will be immediately deleted. If
slanderous or malicious ads are found, or stolen or missing
items are discovered, please contact Balsam Quarter Tac and
these ads will be removed immediately.
Balsam Quarter Tac is not responsible for safeguarding personal
contact information. We will never sell your email address to
spammers. We are not responsible for any accidental errors in
advertisements, including typographical errors. We are not responsible
for violations to copyrights, trademarks, trade names, patents,
or any other content of ads posted in violation of any state,
local, or federal laws. While using this classified ads listing
service, all users, sellers, and buyers agree to all of the

When you arrive on our Balsam Quarter Tac Classified Ads home

NOT SENT WITH YOUR INITIAL ACCOUNT ACCEPTANCE EMAIL, so fill in
the following information and write it down so you will have it
to log in to your account:

Desired password
Reenter password
Then hit Create Account

An email will be sent to your email address with a link to your
new account. Click on the link, or copy and paste the entire link
into your browser address bar, and this will take you to a page
where you can post an ad.
6. From there, choose your category and
sub-category from the dropdown menu, then click on Proceed.
7. Click For Sale or Wanted, then hit
Proceed.
8. From there you can input text for
your classified ad and 3 photos of your items.
NOTE:
Photos should be in JPG format, and file size should
be no more than 300 pixels on either side.
